Consultations (English)

A Tipi “Grand format” emotional regulation session lets you sensorially relive a traumatic experience that has caused an emotion you wish to free yourself from.

Why “ Grand format ”?
What’s the difference between a “classic” session and a “Grand format” session?
— A “large-format” session follows the same principle, but includes visual, olfactory, auditory and tactile elements that become apparent as the physical sensations evolve. The duration of the session is considerably longer (between 15 and 45 minutes), but allows a complete sensory re-experiencing of the trauma at the origin of your emotion.
This form of support, which requires specific know-how, offers an often impressive personal experience, particularly as the vast majority of re-experiences take place in the prenatal period or at birth.
— A “classic” Tipi emotional regulation session relies exclusively on the physical sensations you feel in your body when your emotion is at its strongest.
This practice enables you to definitively regulate an emotion in just a few minutes. However, it offers very little information about the trauma at the root of the emotion.

Throughout the session, you are safely aware of what you are experiencing.
After a session, the emotion you have targeted is definitively regulated.

The consultation process:
— One “Large format” session + Debriefing (± 1 hour)
— Questions/answers at the end of the consultation (± 15 minutes)

At present, “Large format” consultations are not available in English.
